Jason Mitchell AKA Eazy E From Straight Outta Compton Lands Another Movie Roll
Straight Outta Compton star Jason Mitchell did an outstanding job playing the late Eazy-E, so much so, he’s already landed a new gig.
The up-and-coming actor is all set to join the cast of Kong: Skull Island, and get this – Corey Hawkins, who played Dr. Dre in Straight Outta Compton, is also on board.
he move will reunite him with Corey Hawkins, his Compton co-star (he played Dr. Dre) who is already cast in the monster movie. Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson and Toby Kebbell are also already on the manifest of the ship that takes a crew of explorers to the mysterious, creature-laden isle that is also the home of Kong, the king of the apes.
Insiders say that Mitchell will play an easy going pilot.
We can’t wait to see this! Production is set to begin in October.
