Wisconsin Police Officer Gets Knocked Unconscious By Suspect After Being Kicked In The Head

Portage police officer was knocked unconscious after a man he and his partner were trying to arrest kicked him in the head. The officers were arresting a 21-year-old man on a probation violation outside of the convenience store and a scuffle broke out. Dashcam footage shows Hellenbrand kicking one of the officers in the head, knocking him out cold for 2 minutes.
